Export telemetry

Export data when retention, warehouse analysis, or incident review requires a copy outside the dashboard. Decide whether the export contains raw inputs and outputs before selecting a destination.

Prefer a bounded time range, record the export cursor or timestamp, and verify counts after delivery. Apply the same redaction and access rules to exported files as to live trace payloads.
