Ingestion API

Use the ingestion endpoint when an SDK or OpenTelemetry exporter is not a fit. Authenticate every request with a project API key and send timestamps in ISO 8601 format.

For existing telemetry pipelines, send OTLP HTTP JSON to /api/otel. API keys belong on the server and should be rotated through the project settings surface.
