Choose a Tracify Cloud region

Select the EU or US cloud, configure the matching SDK endpoint, and understand the regional data boundary.

Copy or share.

Choose a Tracify Cloud region

Tracify Cloud runs isolated EU and US environments. Select a region before creating an account so the application, account, projects, API keys, and telemetry use the same regional backend.

RegionApplication URLLocationSDK value
Europehttps://eu.cloud.tracify.techIrelandeu
United Stateshttps://us.cloud.tracify.techVirginiaus

Connect the SDK

Set the API key and region together. New API keys include their region, and the SDK rejects a key configured for the other cloud.

bash
TRACIFY_API_KEY=tracify_sk_live_eu_...
TRACIFY_REGION=eu

For an explicit TypeScript configuration:

ts
import { TracifyClient } from "tracify-sdk";

const tracify = new TracifyClient({
  apiKey: process.env.TRACIFY_API_KEY,
  region: "eu",
});

Use region="eu" or region="us" with the Python client. A custom host remains available for self-hosted installations.

Understand the boundary

Accounts and data are not shared between regions. Selecting another region does not migrate an account, project, API key, trace, prompt, dataset, or subscription. Sign in to the region where the account was created.

API keys issued before regional cloud belong to the original EU environment. Rotate an old key after opening the EU project if you want the key itself to show the region.

For another region, create an account there or contact Tracify before moving production telemetry. Export and migration must be completed deliberately so records are not split across two clouds.
